KICKS
Flying High Kick (must be bicycle motion)
Flying Turning Kick (must be bicycle motion)
Flying High Side Kick (single foot take off, NO bicycle motion)
RULES
Each person performs one technique, they must either hit the target (flying high side kick) or knock the target on the holder all the way back to get 3 points. If they move the target on the holder without it flipping back enough then it is 1 point.
Each team will take their turns with all the Flying High Kick competitors going first, then the Flying Turning Kick competitors, finally the Flying High Side Kick competitors. Each competitor gets two consecutive attempts with no measure up.
The team with the most points wins. In the case of a draw on points then all three techniques will be raised in height and all three competitors will go again (they may choose to change who does which technique).
There will be one gold, one silver and one bronze available, in the case there is a draw for bronze with two teams then two bronzes will be given.
In the team events, each club can provide one black belt of any degree to coach the team. This means an umpire will be excused to coach the team for the duration of that event, but must return to umpiring after the team event.
The organising committee will decide the starting height for each height category.

RULES
Each person performs one technique. Before the event starts, one by one they will go to the Centre Referee and designate which technique they are performing and how many boards. Once all teams have registered the technique and boards then the event will start with everyone doing knife hand, then Side Kick, then Turning Kick. Each competitor must do a measure and then start the attempt with a guarding block and finish with a guarding block.
Competitors will get 3 points for a break and 1 point for a cracked board. If the incorrect tool is used then the competitors will be disqualified. The team with the most points wins. In the case of a draw then one technique from the 3 will be drawn randomly and the team can choose one competitor to step forwards and designate the number of boards to attempt. This continues until a winner is found.
