About AETA

The AETA are a group of instructors who run Taekwon-Do Schools currently based in the South of England. The AETA are affiliated to the ITF International Taekwon-Do Federation and ITF England. We ensure that all of our Instructors are trained to the highest standard in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, all in line with UK Sport policies, the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts and NSPCC guidelines.

The AETA regularly run panel Black Belt tests as well as the AETA league which consists of three tournaments throughout the year that has helped to raise our standard to one of the best in the UK having won the overall trophy at the ITF Open British Championships 2 years out of 3.

We also run exciting guest seminars each year with an ITF Taekwon-Do personality from around the world which is always well attended by students from all over the UK and Europe. We also run instructor courses, first aid courses and umpire courses for our members.

The AETA proudly has had representation on the English National Team every year since 1997 and continues to produce some of the best international talent on the UK circuit today.
