What is Safeguarding?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safeguarding refers to the process of protecting children (and adults) to provide safe and effective care. This includes all procedures designed to prevent harm to a child.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Child Protection is part of safeguarding process, protecting individual children identified as suffering or likely to suffer significant harm. This includes the child protection procedures which detail how to respond to concerns about a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safeguarding at AETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strictly adhere to NSPCC Safeguarding policies. You may contact our Safeguarding Officer at any time for Safeguarding\/Welfare issues regarding AETA in strict confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you believe someone is in imminent danger please contact the Emergency Services or appropriate bodies immediately.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
