Time: 10:00-13:00

Equipment: Full sparring gear and dobok required
Purpose:
To prepare those competing at the World Cup this year, please do not attend if you do not intend to compete at the World Cup.
Requirements:
- AETA licenced member
- Training with an AETA registered instructor
- Minimum 10 years old
- Minimum Green Belt
- Recommended by the instructor with a good level
- Good class attendance
- Positive attitude
- Must be committed
- Supports AETA events (competitions and seminars)
- Intends to compete at the World Cup in 2026
We will split the groups between teens/adults and the younger kids to ensure everyone gets the appropriate competition training.
