On the weekend of 8th and 9th February, the AETA hosted a seminar with 6 times World and 20 times European Champion, Master Jaroslaw Suska from Poland in Tonbridge, Kent.
280 students from all over England and from various organisations took part in the open event that ran over two days with 4 sessions. There were specific sessions for different ages and grades with many excited to meet the legend that they have watched on YouTube. Also in attendance was Mr Lukasz Grygiel from the Black Belt Project, he took many videos and photos that he uses to promote his products.
Master Suska taught tirelessly over the two days, demonstrating his incredible skills and the drills he used to become a multiple World Champion. As well as enjoying some very fast warms ups, the students got to practice the drills that develop strength in kicking, lots of consecutive kicking and drills ot develop explosive power. The students also got to work on their patterns where Master Suska showed some corrections and gave advice on how to improve their techniques.
